- Uneven bending angle of the plate (such as inconsistent angles at both ends)

- Basic detection: clean the equipment base and remove oil and impurities

- Dynamic calibration: run the equipment without load to the operating temperature and then retest

 

- Locking and fixing: adjust the anchor bolts to a horizontal error of ≤0.05mm/m
