Grooving Machine

Sheet metal grooving machines are mainly used to process V-grooves on metal sheets (such as stainless steel, aluminum, and copper) to meet the requirements for the radius of curvature of workpiece edges in fields such as decoration, construction, and kitchenware manufacturing.

Workpieces that have been grooved before bending achieve a smaller radius (R-angle), improving the accuracy and consistency of bending dimensions. This also solves the problem of large bending deviations in thick plates, reducing the high demands placed on bending machines.
