This is the phase where the machine truly begins to take shape.

From Individual Components to a Complete Machine

Manufacturing is still actively underway at this stage.

While major components have been installed, other parts are still being assembled and adjusted. Hydraulic systems, electrical components, CNC systems, backgauges, and other functional parts must work in unison to form a complete machine.

Assembly involves far more than simply placing components in position.

Each stage requires precise installation and commissioning to ensure that all systems operate together as intended.

As work progresses, the machine gradually transforms from a collection of components into a fully functional press brake.

Commissioning During Assembly

Commissioning is a crucial part of the manufacturing process.

We do not need to wait until every last detail is finished to conduct inspections; instead, we can test and adjust specific functions while the machine is still taking shape. This allows our team to monitor system performance in real-time throughout the assembly and commissioning phases.

From machine movements and control functions to the coordination between components, every step moves the machine closer to its final operational state.

This process also gives engineers the opportunity to make adjustments and verify that work is proceeding according to plan.

A Step Closer to Completion

A machine under construction may not look as polished as a finished press brake ready for delivery.

The site might still feature unfinished components, exposed systems, tools scattered on the floor, and engineers busy working around the machine.

Yet, this is precisely when much of the core work takes place.

It is during this stage that components are integrated, systems are commissioned, and the machine begins to function as a unified whole.

Step by step, structural elements evolve into a fully realized machine.

Manufacturing in Progress: The Form Emerges

Every finished press brake begins its journey in this state of active manufacturing. From the main structure and individual components to assembly, testing, and final completion, every stage plays a crucial role in bringing this finished machine to life. The bending machine shown here is currently in the assembly and testing phase.

There is still some work to be done.

But it is steadily taking shape.

With every step of progress, it moves closer to becoming a fully realized machine, ready to undertake its intended production tasks.
